are carefully extracted and selected. In our factories in Morocco, each piece is cut and finished to
preserve the quiet character and natural warmth that define authentic Moroccan limestone.

Large limestone blocks sourced from our Moroccan quarries are delivered to our facility, carefully selected for their tone, density, and structural consistency. Formed over millions of years, each block carries subtle natural variations that make every piece of Moroccan limestone unique.
Using industrial block-cutting machines, the limestone blocks are sliced into large slabs. This stage reveals the stone's natural structure and prepares it for the precision processing required to transform raw material into architectural surfaces.
The slabs pass through a calibration and polishing line where their thickness is precisely leveled and the surface is refined. Calibration ensures uniform dimensions across every slab, while polishing enhances the limestone's natural tones and smooth texture.
Once calibrated and polished, the slabs are cut into tiles using bridge saws. This process guarantees accurate sizing, straight edges, and consistent formats, preparing the limestone tiles for installation in residential, commercial, and architectural projects.
